Every order is packed and dispatched from our Seoul office. R828 ships it to you
directly — there is no reseller or distributor in between, which is how we can guarantee that
what arrives is what left the lab.
How do I pay? Do I need a PayPal account?
Checkout runs on PayPal. You can pay from a PayPal balance, or with a Visa,
Mastercard or American Express card as a guest — no account required. Card details are handled

Which cream should I start with — Super Repair or Peptide Lifting?
Super Repair Cream ($65) is the everyday repair step and is designed to sit on top
of the Super Repair Serum; the Duo Set ($130) pairs them. Peptide Lifting Cream ($118) is the
concentrated firming treatment — anti-wrinkle, brightening, rapid firming. If firmness is the
reason you are here, start there. If it is dryness and tone, start with the Duo.
What is the difference between the two sheet masks?
Both use the same collagen jelly sheet, which is heavier than a cotton mask and
holds its shape along the jaw instead of sliding as it dries. Lifting is loaded with
collagen, peptide and EGF and pairs with the peptide line. Brightening uses vitamin C
and glutathione, for tone and after sun exposure. Five sheets are $30, ten are $50.
Why is the sunscreen split into thirty sticks?
Because a tube degrades. Every time it opens, air reaches the UV filters, so the
last application is never the one you paid for. Ours is 1.3g × 30EA, each stick individually
sealed and opened the day it is used — SPF 50+ PA+++, UV moisturizing, no white cast.
Is the line suitable for sensitive skin?
The Deep Foaming Cleanser is formulated sensitive-free and pH balanced, and the
whole line is free from parabens and harmful chemicals. As with any new routine, patch test
first if your skin reacts easily.
